Crossroads was set up in 1974 with the aim of providing short term breaks to Carers in their own homes and is now the largest charity in the world providing ‘in-the-home’ care. They also run Norfolk Carers Helpline, a 24-hour free phone line providing a listening and information service and the Norfolk Young Carers Project.
